By engaging Global Source Hub, operated by M Traders Last LTD (United Kingdom), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Global Source Hub provides international B2B sourcing, supplier discovery, procurement management, import/export consulting, and related trade facilitation services. We act as a sourcing agent on behalf of our clients; we are not a buyer, seller, or trading party in transactions between clients and suppliers.
Global Source Hub acts solely as an intermediary. We do not hold inventory, take title to goods, or guarantee the performance of any supplier. All commercial contracts for the purchase of goods are between the client and the relevant supplier. We facilitate introductions and provide advisory support only.
Sourcing fees are calculated as a percentage of the order value as per the agreed engagement terms. Fees are due within 14 days of invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to amend fee structures for future engagements with reasonable notice.
We perform reasonable due diligence on suppliers within our network. However, we cannot guarantee the performance, quality, or financial stability of any supplier. Clients are encouraged to request samples, conduct factory audits, and use appropriate trade finance instruments (e.g. letters of credit).
Our total liability for any engagement shall not exceed the sourcing fees paid for that specific transaction. We are not liable for: supplier non-performance, defective goods, shipping delays, import duties, or regulatory non-compliance by any party.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding each other's business information, supplier relationships, and pricing. This obligation continues for 2 years after the conclusion of an engagement.
Sourcing reports, market intelligence, and procurement strategies prepared for a client are for that client's sole use. They may not be shared with or sold to third parties.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. Fees for work completed and introductions made to date remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
