📦 Global Source Hub charges sourcing fees as a percentage of facilitated order value. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both clients and our team, recognising the work invested in supplier identification and vetting.

2. Cancellation Before Order Placement

If you decide not to proceed with any of the shortlisted suppliers after receiving our research report, you are not obligated to place an order. However, the sourcing research fee (if charged separately) is non-refundable as the work has been completed.

3. Supplier Performance Issues

Global Source Hub is not a party to purchase contracts between clients and suppliers. We cannot process refunds related to: defective goods, shipping delays, supplier non-delivery, or quality disputes. Such matters must be resolved directly with the supplier, with our advisory support where possible.

4. Retainer Refunds

For ongoing sourcing retainers: cancellations made at least 14 days before the next billing date will not be charged for the following period. No prorated refunds are issued for the current billing period.
